CHIEF MULTITASKER

Job description:

The candidate is an uber organised individual who has a passion for creating calm in the chaos.

As chief multitasker you will be an integral cog in the party operations wheel and the glue that holds us all together, keeping both spaces organised and tidy. From creating all supporting party documents for up-and-coming bookings, packing and unpacking parties in the warehouse and making sure everything has a place and is kept safe. To keeping on top of general admin in the office, reordering office supplies, returning any unwanted parcels, keeping databases up to date and anything else that is needed during the day to day.

Our NOTORiOUS warehouse needs someone who loves organising, who isn’t afraid to get messy or up for lifting and shifting props and boxes. Someone who is as equally happy at your desk as you are in the thick of party prep. It’s a role that suits someone with a varied skills set who can turn their hand to anything as well as enjoys a varied day to day.

With the nature of our clients we often have very short lead times to create our bespoke parties so the office is often fast paced, you must feel motivated and inspired rather than overwhelmed by this type of environment.
