CURRENT JOBS

CREATIVE PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive, hands-on and highly organised
Creative Production Coordinator to join our small creative team.

This is a mid-level role for a self-starter who thrives on taking ownership, using initiative and turning ideas into reality. You'll be a pivotal part of our party and events operations, playing a hands-on role in preparing, creating and coordinating the many elements that bring our bespoke luxury events to life.

Working closely with our Creative Director and Warehouse Manager, you'll enjoy a varied role that combines creativity, organisation and practical event preparation. One day you could be creating production documents, the next painting props, preparing costumes, styling tableware or packing an event ready for installation.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys rolling up their sleeves, taking ownership and getting stuck in. Someone who takes pride in creating beautiful things, notices the little details others miss and gets genuine satisfaction from producing exceptional work.

This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, enjoys creative challenges, and wants to grow their career in luxury events, with the potential to step into producing, designing, and planning high-profile experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of assigned projects and tasks, seeing them through from start to finish whilst keeping the wider team informed.
  • Prepare the creative elements for upcoming events, ensuring every detail is beautifully presented and event ready.
  • Prepare, pack and quality-check events with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every item is beautifully presented, complete and installation-ready.
  • Assist with hands-on creative production including painting props, creating decorations, styling tables, assembling party bags and adding beautiful finishing touches.
  • Help maintain our costume studio, creative workspace and office, ensuring everything remains organised, inspiring and ready for the next project.
  • Create and maintain event paperwork, production documents and supporting resources for upcoming bookings.
  • Research products, source inspiration and contribute ideas towards the development of exciting new party concepts and experiences.
  • Problem solve proactively, anticipating challenges and finding solutions before they become problems.
  • Support office administration where needed, helping to keep systems organised and projects moving efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to improve processes, support colleagues and help deliver multiple luxury events simultaneously.
  • Take pride in maintaining the exceptionally high standards our clients expect.

What We’re Looking For:

Above all else, we're looking for the right attitude. Systems and processes can be taught. Do you naturally take ownership, enjoy solving problems and genuinely care about producing exceptional work? If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

You are someone who:

  • Is proactive and takes initiative.
  • Loves variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Takes pride in the details and enjoys creating beautiful things.
  • Is equally comfortable working on practical creative tasks and office-based responsibilities.
  • Works independently whilst knowing when to seek guidance.
  • Enjoys supporting colleagues and believes no task is too small when delivering something exceptional.
  • Is reliable, motivated and invested in the success of the team.
  • Wants to learn, develop and grow within a creative events business.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience within creative production, events or another fast-paced creative environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel). Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a bonus.
  • Comfortable balancing hands-on creative work with administration and project coordination.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in wherever needed

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

  • Work on high-profile, luxury events in exciting locations.
  • A varied, creative, and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
  • Opportunity for career progression into producing, planning, or design.
  • Work alongside a fun, talented, and like-minded team.
  • Dedicated workspace and access to company socials and team events.
  • Potential for travel and exposure to international events.

Bonus If You:

  • Can make a mean gin and tonic.
  • Love cake tasting.
  • Thrive under pressure and enjoy a hands-on, immersive work environment.
  • Can't help noticing a wonky bow or the little details others miss.
  • Enjoy finding solutions rather than waiting for instructions

Working Pattern:

This is a part-time position, based in our office and creative studio for three days per week (ideally Tuesday, Thursday and Friday).

As an events business, regular weekend working is an essential part of the role to support the installation and delivery of our luxury events. Weekend hours will vary depending on our event schedule.

Hours:

Office hours are 10am – 6pm

Weekends hours vary

Start date:

August/September 2026
