Victoria founded NOTORiOUS KiDS in 2027 after working with children in every creative capacity you can imagine. With over 20 years’ experience in events and a professional background in theatre and performance, she brings together creative vision, storytelling and production expertise to deliver unforgettable events and experiences.

Victoria leads a talented team of creatives, makers and performers, shaping the ideas, design and storytelling behind each event. From the first spark of a concept to the finishing touches, she brings a hands-on approach, an eye for detail and the imagination to turn a brief into something special.

Her understanding of how to engage an audience, combined with her love of thoughtful design and inventive entertainment, remains at the heart of NOTORiOUS KiDS.

Creative Production Coordinator

With a background in theatre and live events, Katy blends creativity with meticulous organisation in her role as Creative Production Coordinator. She brings a practical understanding of what it takes to turn an idea into a live experience, helping coordinate the many creative elements that make each event unique.

Working across creative development and hands-on production, Katy combines an eye for detail with a thoughtful, resourceful approach. From contributing ideas to refining the finishing touches, she helps keep projects moving and ensures every element is beautifully prepared and ready to take its place.

Studio Manager & Lead Crew

Djamel keeps our studio organised and ready for the next event. He oversees the care and maintenance of our props and equipment, manages event preparation, packing and loading, and leads our crew through installations and derigs.

Working closely with the creative and production team, he coordinates the practical work behind the scenes that brings each event to life.

Chief Multitasker

Our Chief Multitasker, Kira turns her hand to whatever the team needs, bringing creativity, versatility and a knack for keeping things organised. From hands-on event preparation to supporting the wider studio, she’s always ready to get stuck in.

Her organisation of our costume studio is unmatched, keeping an ever-growing collection of characters, costumes and accessories beautifully cared for and ready for their next appearance.
